brand new building separate lounge

The building was really good, everything brand new. the separate lounge room was nice. I could easily take calls. the location on george street was also great! though the parking was expensive.

my room was very noisy due to the extraction system. it was immediately below my window! this extraction system kept me awake during the night.

pastries are available in the morning, with chocolate croissants and cinnamon rolls offered. shortbread cookies are provided in the lounge during the afternoon hours. coffee is available on the first floor at all times.

Excellent Amenities and Convenient Location

central location amazing shower super clean room modern appliances

I appreciated the location as it made it easy to reach many restaurants. The room was super clean. I commend the excellent cleaning staff. I also found modern appliances excellent. The heated floors in the bathroom were amazing. I especially liked the wonderful shower, it was relaxing after a busy day.

The umbrella stand required direct engagement with the provider for a refund, rather than a hotel refund, unexpected and somewhat inconvenient. I never got the £20 back for the umbrella.

The hotel provides convenient access to Princes Street and numerous nearby shops. Its central location allows for walking to various local amenities and attractions, I really enjoyed this convenience. It made exploring the area easy.

Acceptable Stay with a Notable Issue

The location was central, close to most attractions. It was convenient, I guess.

The noise insulation was surprisingly poor, and I could distinctly hear people walking both above and beside my room. It sounded like a herd of elephants was tap-dancing all night, every night!
